This move marks a significant step in our journey and reaffirms our commitment to innovation and growth in the equity capital markets sector. While our Chicago roots remain an essential part of our identity, our move to New York underscores our ambition to expand and evolve in service of the ever-changing ECM community.

For years, our Chicago headquarters provided a strong foundation from which we built lasting relationships and worked to foster operational excellence in ECM. We’ll always value these connections and experiences. That said, the time is right for us to make a change. With Hudson Yards as our new headquarters, we are positioning ourselves at the heart of the world’s leading financial hub. This will bring significant opportunities to build and deepen relationships while reinforcing our existing presence in the capital markets ecosystem. Already, we are exploring new avenues for collaboration, technology integration, and market expansion.

We extend our gratitude to the Chicago community for its unwavering support, and we are excited to bring the same passion and expertise to our new home in New York.
